Job Description
The NOC Operations Manager leads a 24x7 Operations team responsible for the secure, accurate, and timely processing of critical financial transactions. This role oversees daily production operations, incident management, service levels, operational controls, and business continuity. The manager develops a high-performing, cross-trained team while driving process improvement, automation, and the adoption of AI-enabled tools. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, data-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and builds strong partnerships across Technology, Operations, Business, and vendor teams. What's Required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5-10+ years of experience in 24x7 production operations, with 5+ years leading technical operations teams. Strong experience with Linux/UNIX/AIX, Windows distributed systems, enterprise infrastructure, and high-availability production environments. Experience with incident, change, problem, risk, and operational control processes, preferably within financial services or another regulated industry. Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment. Demonstrated experience driving operational improvements through automation, AI, data analytics, and process optimization. Preferred Banking/payments experience, including ACH, RTP, Fedwire, CHIPS, Image Exchange, or
