This pivotal role requires an experienced, mission driven leader with a passion for operational excellence, innovative business development, and transformative change management. As a key member of the executive team, the COO will drive strategic initiatives, oversee daily operations, and ensure sustainable growth through data-driven decision making and process improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in large-scale organizational leadership, financial management, and managing cross-functional teams to achieve operational success. Duties Lead the development and execution of operational strategies aligned with the company's long-term vision and growth objectives. Oversee of agency-wide programs and quality assurance initiatives. Leadership of human resources, staff development, and succession planning efforts. Management of technology, infrastructure, and housing-related operations. Collaboration with the CEO and Finance team to support budgeting, compliance, reporting, and fiscal sustainability. Experience Extensive experience in senior leadership roles ideally in the non profit sector Proven success in operations, program management, staff leadership and grant compliance. Proven success in managing large-scale organizational change management initiatives within complex environments. Excellent verbal communication skills tailored for engaging with executives and stakeholders at all levels. Ability to develop strategic plans that align with organizational goals while fostering innovation and operational efficiency.
