The Operations Support Specialist ("OSS") will assist the Deposit and Treasury Operations department with the daily deposit and branch operations functions including processing, monitoring and reconciling wire transfers, fraud investigations and ACH reviews on behalf of Lexicon Bank (the "The Bank"). The Operations Support Specialist will work with Lexicon Bank team members daily to ensure client needs are met as well as internal controls being maintained and followed by the Bank.DIRECTLY SUPERVISES

Provide the Lexicon Bank client experience with all with whom they interact. Assist with the monitoring, reviewing, researching and correcting of ACH issues/exceptions. Assist with the monitoring, reviewing, researching and correcting of check and cash letter issues/exceptions/returns. Assist Operations in completing monthly/quarterly/semi-annual and annual certifications. Assist Deposit and Treasury Operations Manager with end of the month review with Operations staff (Operations Logs, Operations Reports and both Incoming and Outgoing Wires logs, and teller difference). Review BSA, ACH, Branch Cash, ATM and Security related reports on a daily basis. May assist with Treasury Management product setup, maintenance, servicing, and reviews. Review all new account files for BSA and documentation compliance. Assist with processing wires and handling internal and external communications related to wires. Assist in the completion of the Bank's internal review process for both internal controls and compliance issues. Assumes responsibility for various department functions in the absence of staff members or in overload situations. Completes tasks correctly and on time ; supports the Bank's goals and values with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies. Champions, within the organization, a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior. Partner with multiple areas of the Bank such as Relationship Managers, Credit, Compliance and the Branch regarding operations needs. Understands internal and external client needs and responds based on the urgency around time critical situation and escalates issues to management in a timely fashion when necessary. Set expectations and mitigate risk by thoroughly researching and documenting any issues and escalating new or unresolved system/process issues. Works independently in accordance with established regulatory requirements without supervision. Completes tasks correctly and on time ; supports the Bank's goals and values with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies.ADDITIONAL ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

BA/BS degree in finance or related field required or 5 plus years of relevant experience at a financial institution.QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in a financial position, with extensive administrative and compliance reporting experience in financial institution Superior knowledge of laws and regulations, including the BSA, OFAC and other related banking regulatory laws in a major financial institution and regulated business environment. Superior knowledge of the industry's processes, procedures and workflow. The ability to be proactive and creative in identifying issues, solutions, and opportunities for efficiencies. The ability to anticipate and react quickly to the evolving financial institution regulatory environment. Strong decision making and analytical abilities. Superior knowledge of computer systems and changing technologies. Excellent management skills and a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and to motivate employees and build teams and relationships. Credibility and an excellent reputation as a leader with regulators and industry leaders and the ability to interact and respond effectively to any regulatory requests. Knowledge of banking, securities, insurance, and/or money services business operations, systems and practices.WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role is performed primarily indoors in an environmentally controlled setting. The position may involve occasional exposure to sounds and noise levels that can be distracting. Work is conducted in close physical proximity to others, requiring frequent collaboration and communication. Essential functions may require extended periods of sitting at a computer, as well as occasional standing, walking, or travel to meetings, client visits, or events. The role also requires regular use of computers, including prolonged screen time for research, data analysis, and reporting. May lift, carry, or push up to 5 pounds frequently and up to 35 pounds occasionally.DISCLAIMER
