Role:

As a Chief Strategy and Performance Officer, you will drive the development and execution of long-term strategies, focusing on high-impact initiatives. You will work in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer to establish the hospital strategic plan, and will be responsible for leading strategic planning for the hospital. You will also drive operations of the Hospital working cross departmentally to facilitate improvements in operational efficiency and achievement of departmental goals, which support the overall strategic plan of the organization. As well as working in conjunction with the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Fiscal Management, for the formulation of the Hospital's annual budget and expenditure plan. The Chief Strategy and Performance Officer designs and implements value-based growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, clinical service line development and partnerships. This executive level position will provide strong business intelligence to the executive leaders of the Hospital providing analysis, projections, return on investment estimates, and market analysis to support business decisions.
