Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise-level operational innovation strategy, focusing on transformation, efficiency, scalability, and performance improvement across revenue cycle and clinical‑adjacent operations Identify opportunities to redesign processes, leverage automation and AI, and improve operational workflows to drive measurable outcomes for clients and internal teams Partner closely with Product, Technology, Data Science, and Operations leaders to operationalize innovation initiatives from concept through execution Serve as an internal consultant and thought partner to executive and client leadership, translating innovation into actionable operational roadmaps Pilot, test, and scale new operational models, tools, and methodologies, ensuring change adoption and long-term sustainability Establish success metrics, track outcomes, and communicate results to senior leadership and key stakeholders Mentor and develop leaders and high-potential team members within innovation and operational excellence functions Support client-facing initiatives as needed, ensuring innovation efforts align with client objectives and contract performance Qualifications 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, operational excellence, or innovation-focused roles Proven success leading large-scale transformation initiatives across complex, matrixed organizations Strong understanding of healthcare operational workflows, performance metrics, and client delivery models Demonstrated ability to partner across Product, Technology, and Operations to drive execution Exceptional executive communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills Experience with automation, analytics, AI, or emerging technologies applied to healthcare operations strongly preferred Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or similar) preferred Travel This role may require periodic travel to client sites or internal leadership meetings based on business needs.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary Range:
$240,000
