Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and visionary President to lead our organization toward sustained growth and excellence in IDD services in WV, Ohio, and states as needed. As the highest executive officer, you will be responsible for shaping strategic direction, fostering a vibrant organizational culture, and ensuring operational success. Your leadership will inspire teams, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and advance our mission through innovative initiatives and effective management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the future of a dynamic company committed to serve people who may have a disability. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans aligned with organizational goals and long-term vision Lead senior leadership teams, providing guidance, motivation, and oversight to ensure cohesive execution of initiatives Oversee management of all departments, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to policies Cultivate relationships with government agencies, medical providers, and community stakeholders to support efforts and collaborative growth projects. Lead public speaking engagements, representing the organization at conferences, community events, and media appearances Manage budgeting processes, ensuring fiscal responsibility while supporting growth initiatives Promote a culture of innovation, diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement across the institution Qualifications Proven experience in senior leadership roles within IDD services and medical field. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, management, and organizational development Strong background in leading, providing, and management IDD services Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management within complex organizations Be licsened in the medical field as PA, NP, and RN. Pay:
$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
