WE'RE LOOKING FOR OUR NEXT QDOBA BRAND LEADER 15

restaurants. Four markets. A lot of growth ahead. OM Group is looking for a Brand Director, QDOBA who doesn't just want to oversee restaurants......we want someone who wants to build a brand with us. Today, our QDOBA portfolio includes 15 locations with operations and development across Cleveland, Toledo, Youngstown and Pittsburgh . And we're just getting started. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Operations and take ownership of the overall performance, people and growth of our QDOBA business.

WHAT WILL YOU OWN?

Pretty much everything QDOBA. You'll lead our District Managers and work alongside OM Group leadership to drive: Operations & Profitability Sales. Labor. Food cost. P&L. Guest experience. Execution. You'll know the business and help our teams turn opportunities into results. People & Leadership Lead and develop our District Managers while building a strong bench of GMs and future leaders. New Restaurant Openings Help take new restaurants from construction turnover to opening day, and make sure they're positioned to succeed long after the ribbon is cut. Projects & Development Partner with vendors, contractors and our leadership team on remodels, equipment projects and light construction. Multi-Market Leadership You'll be in our restaurants throughout Cleveland, Toledo, Youngstown and Pittsburgh. This is not a desk job , we're looking for someone who loves being in the field with their teams. Building What's Next Processes. Accountability. Talent. Culture. Growth. We don't need someone to simply maintain what exists. We need someone who wants to help build what comes next.

WHO ARE YOU?

You're probably someone who... ✓ Has significant multi-unit restaurant leadership experience ✓ Has led District Managers or other multi-unit leaders ✓ Understands a P&L — and knows how to improve one ✓ Can identify why a restaurant isn't performing and build a plan to change it ✓ Develops people instead of simply managing them ✓ Has experience with new restaurant openings ✓ Can balance operations, people, projects and growth ✓ Isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves when something needs to get done ✓ Holds people accountable while still building a team people want to be part of ✓ Is comfortable traveling regularly throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania QSR or fast-casual experience is strongly preferred. QDOBA experience would be a huge plus.

COMPENSATION

$90,000-$100,000 base salary, based on experience
