Salary Range:

$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Strong community networking skills and a history of local involvement. Responsibilities Oversee all daily operations of The Atlantic District, ensuring we remain a trusted pillar of the Clearfield community. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our footprint and reach new families and businesses. Mentor and coach a team of dedicated sales staff, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented culture. Manage carrier relationships to ensure our clients receive the best possible coverage and competitive pricing. Analyze agency performance metrics to make informed decisions that drive sustainable growth and profitability.
