This COO role oversees core administrative functions, strengthens financial and people operations, and supports the organization's long-term growth. The ideal COO candidate brings strong leadership judgment, operational discipline, and the ability to improve processes while maintaining a high standard of service.
Responsibilities:
Direct the day-to-day business operations of the office, ensuring administrative, financial, and personnel functions run efficiently and align with organizational goals.

Guide budgeting, reporting, and financial performance analysis, using data to support sound decision-making and operational planning.

Oversee human resources administration, including staff supervision, policy implementation, and support for employee performance and development.

Evaluate operational challenges, recommend practical solutions, and lead initiatives that improve workflow, accountability, and service quality.

Partner with leadership to manage practice-related operations and help shape strategies that support growth and stability.

Contribute to community outreach and marketing efforts that strengthen the organization's visibility and presence.

Monitor office systems and business tools, and support changes to operational processes or software platforms when needed.

Provide leadership across teams, delegate effectively, and maintain responsiveness during periods that require evening or weekend support.
