You will:
Lead and inspire a high-performing leadership team Drive operational excellence and resident satisfaction Partner with sales leadership to achieve occupancy and revenue goals Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and operational metrics Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and team members Support team member growth, engagement, and retention Lead with visibility, accountability, empathy, and energy What We're Looking For We're seeking a proven leader who can successfully lead large-scale operations while delivering exceptional service and building strong teams.
