PAID TO DRIVE PITTSBURGH

Quest Logistics is adding new drivers to our Pittsburgh team. If you have your own vehicle, know your way around the city, and want a job where you're out moving instead of stuck inside all day, this could be a great fit. Our drivers help move food and everyday marketplace orders from Pittsburgh-area businesses to local customers. Orders are generally small and lightweight, and you'll use your own vehicle while completing deliveries. We provide the structure, scheduled hours, and support. You bring the vehicle and reliability.

WHAT DRIVERS ARE MAKING

Between hourly wages, customer tips, performance bonuses, and mileage reimbursement, drivers are currently earning approximately: $28-$35 PER

HOUR TOTAL

Your earnings can include: Hourly base pay Customer tips Performance-based bonuses Mileage reimbursement Overtime opportunities when available Tips can be paid out the next day. Regular wages are paid through our normal payroll schedule. Overtime, when worked, is paid at $25.50 per hour . Actual total earnings vary based on tips, performance, mileage, hours worked, and delivery volume.

TWO START TIMES

We're currently hiring for two different parts of the day: 11:00 AM START A great option for someone who prefers daytime hours and wants to finish earlier. 3:00 PM START Ideal for someone who wants afternoon and evening work. Schedules are established in advance. We're looking for drivers who can consistently work their scheduled days and become part of the regular team.

THE JOB IS SIMPLE

Start your shift. Receive delivery opportunities through the app. Drive to a participating restaurant or merchant. Pick up the customer's order. Bring it to the customer. Continue accepting and completing deliveries throughout your scheduled shift. You'll have access to our dispatch and leadership team while you're working if something comes up or you need assistance.

NO HEAVY PACKAGE ROUTES

This isn't a traditional package-delivery position. You're primarily transporting food, grocery, and marketplace orders , with most individual deliveries being 15 pounds or less . There's no delivery van packed with hundreds of boxes waiting for you at the beginning of the day.

WHAT YOU NEED

We're looking for applicants who: Are at least 19 years old Have a valid driver's license Own or have consistent access to a dependable vehicle Carry current automobile insurance Have a smartphone Can safely navigate Pittsburgh and surrounding neighborhoods Communicate professionally Show up consistently for scheduled shifts Delivery experience isn't required.
