Chief Operating Officer BridgePoint Associates Alexandria, VA Job Details Full-time 1 hour ago Qualifications Bachelor's degree Senior leadership Full Job Description Chief Operating Officer Highly Regarded Nonprofit Arlington, VA - Hybrid Salary Range Gladly Provided Upon Request Terrific Chief Operating Officer ("COO") position with a highly regarded nonprofit based in Virginia. Reporting to the CEO, the COO will lead global mission delivery across a diverse team and oversee a $75M operating budget. This role will have responsibility for continuous improvement, innovation, and the quality and impact of the organization's programs and services.
Responsibilities:
Lead global delivery of the organization's programs and services Develop and implement strategies that focus on mission delivery, operational excellence, and impact Oversee global field operations, including a dispersed workforce and volunteer base Utilize data and measurable insights to inform strategy and program effectiveness Assess organizational effectiveness and ensure resources are aligned with areas of most need Lead the creation of new programs and services Partner with the CEO and Leadership Team on organizational strategic plans
Qualifications:
15+ years of relevant experience, including 7+ years of executive leadership experience Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred Experience leading large and geographically dispersed teams Demonstrated track record managing large budgets and significant resources Strong data-driven approach to strategy and decision-making Understanding of and experience with military culture, organizations, and related dynamics Nonprofit experience is a plus Ability to travel internationally and domestically Equal Opportunity Employer.
