Job Description

Position Summary The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for overseeing the Altum's daily operations and ensuring the effective execution of strategic business objectives. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the COO drives operational excellence, organizational performance, and sustainable growth and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to develop and execute organizational strategy
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable operational plans
  • Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and process improvement
  • Support new produce and client development
  • Direct and oversee day-to-day business operations across all departments
  • Establish performance objectives and key operational metrics
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize organizational effectiveness
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems that improve productivity and scalability
  • Lead, mentor, and develop senior leaders and department heads
  • Build a high-performance culture aligned with organizational values
  • Drive employee engagement, accountability, and professional development
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and operational dashboards
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
  • Manage risk and support business continuity planning
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare provider clients and executive stakeholders
  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Lead operational reviews and business performance discussions with clients
  • Drive implementation and integration of new client partnerships
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and increase account profitability
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Oversee operational risk management and internal controls Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior operational leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
  • Industry-Specific Revenue Cycle Management Experience
  • Applicable experience running a service based business
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
