Job Description
About Pelico Traditional industrial manufacturing systems were built for predictability. Supply chains no longer are. Today, real-time data is buried in legacy tools that weren't designed for constant disruption. By the time an issue surfaces, it has already snowballed, sending everyone into firefighting mode. Pelico exists to close the gap between production plans and the daily reality on the factory floor. We've built the manufacturing orchestration platform trusted by the world's most complex industrial operations : companies like Airbus, Boeing, Safran, Eaton, and Cartier. Our AI connects fragmented supply chain, production, and quality data into a single live operational picture — then puts AI agents to work anticipating disruptions, simulating recovery options, and keeping every team aligned before small problems become expensive ones. Founded in 2019 and backed by General Catalyst, 83North, and Serena, we've raised $72M and are growing fast — 300% year-over-year revenue growth, deployed in 15+ countries, and supporting factories worldwide. We're headquartered in Paris, with offices in Miami, London and Amsterdam, and we're just getting started. This is a rare chance to join a company that's redefining an industry that hasn't been disrupted in decades — from the inside. About the Role You'll own the success of our customers from the moment they sign — not just in terms of adoption, but in delivering real operational outcomes inside some of the most complex manufacturing environments in the world. You'll be trusted early with high-stakes accounts, working directly with senior operators to solve messy, ambiguous problems that don't have playbooks yet. This is a role for people who want responsibility, exposure, and the chance to have a visible impact quickly — not a narrow or purely supportive customer success function. What You'll Do Own end-to-end customer relationships across a portfolio of enterprise accounts, with direct responsibility for adoption, impact, and long-term success Work with senior customer stakeholders to diagnose operational challenges and drive measurable improvements using Pelico Take ownership of delivering ROI — ensuring our platform is not just used, but relied on in day-to-day decision making Identify and drive expansion opportunities, partnering closely with Sales to grow accounts over time Operate as the connective tissue between customers, product, and engineering, ensuring what we build reflects real-world needs Navigate ambiguity and complexity — structuring problems, driving alignment, and pushing initiatives through to execution Help define and scale how Customer Operations works at Pelico, turning early deployments into repeatable systems Use AI tools to analyse customer data, draft communications, prepare for stakeholder meetings, and identify expansion signals About You 2-10+ years of experience in customer-facing, operational, or analytical roles (consulting, customer success, solutions, ops, etc.) Track record of taking ownership and delivering results in high-expectation environments Strong problem-solving ability — you can break down ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and holding your own in high-context conversations Highly proactive and driven — you don't wait for direction, and you're comfortable being accountable for outcomes Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives Motivated by fast-paced environments where the bar is high and the structure is evolving You actively embrace AI tools as part of how you work — curious about what's possible and quick to adopt new ways of working smarter and faster. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows — whether for writing, research, analysis, coding, or productivity — and a genuine interest in staying at the frontier of what these tools can do.
