- Ideally Ontario-based | 40-50% Travel $300,000 + Bonus We're partnered with a well-established QSR franchise organization looking for a Managing Director
- Canada to lead operations across a significant national portfolio.
With 350+ locations across Canada, this is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operational performance, franchisee relationships, team development, and continued growth across the Canadian market. The role reports directly to the VP, International Operations and will work closely with senior leadership and franchise partners across the country. What You'll Be Doing Leading the overall Canadian QSR operation across 350+ locations Developing and executing the Canadian operational strategy Building strong relationships with franchisees and key business partners Driving sales, profitability, operational standards, and guest experience Ensuring consistent execution of brand standards across the Canadian portfolio Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and franchisee profitability Supporting new store openings and continued network growth Partnering with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and long-term growth Ensuring operations remain compliant with provincial employment and labour legislation Traveling across Canada to visit locations, meet franchisees, and support the field team What We're Looking For Significant senior leadership experience within QSR Franchise experience is a MUST Proven experience leading large, multi-unit or national restaurant operations, ideally 300+ stores Experience working across multiple Canadian provinces Strong knowledge of Canadian provincial labour and employment legislation Proven ability to build strong relationships with franchisees Strong commercial and financial acumen Highly analytical with a track record of using data to drive performance Strategic thinker who can also operate effectively in the field Comfortable working in a highly mobile, national role #INDCA
