Irvine, CA (Hybrid)Compensation:
$320,000 - $350,000+ Base Salary + Bonus Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead a large-scale utility and infrastructure construction business. This executive will be responsible for overall operational, financial, safety, and customer performance while driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and profitability. Key Responsibilities Lead business operations and execution of strategic growth initiatives. Oversee large-scale construction and utility infrastructure projects to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met. Manage P&L performance exceeding $200M, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls. Drive operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and risk management programs. Develop high-performing leadership teams and succession plans. Build strong relationships with customers, employees, and industry partners. Leverage technology, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making to improve business performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred. 12+ years of leadership experience in construction, utility, infrastructure, or related industries. 5+ years in an executive operations leadership role. Proven experience managing large-scale construction operations and capital projects. Demonstrated success managing a P&L of $200M+ and delivering profitable growth. Strong strategic, financial, operational, and people leadership skills.
