The team partners closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, Technology, and Regional Operations to drive end-to-end commercial excellence, scalability, and customer experience. This role reports to the EVP, Global Customer Care & Servicing Operations and operates within a global structure aligned to enterprise strategy and growth objectives.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
