Full Job Description VP of Product Operations Core Responsibilities:

Serve as connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, and GTM teams to ensure seamless collaboration and strategic alignment Design and implement end-to-end product lifecycle processes (ideation to launch) including stage-gate reviews, prioritization cadences, and release management Own product portfolio governance, roadmap planning, investment prioritization, and cross-functional execution Establish product launch framework, coordinating Marketing, Sales, Support, and Engineering for successful product introductions Define and track product health metrics (adoption, NPS, usage, ARR contribution, feature adoption rate) Lead product analytics team, maintaining dashboards and reports for key performance metrics Partner with Finance, Strategy, and GTM to align budget and headcount with product priorities

Typical Profile:

Bachelor's degree or higher, MBA preferred 10-15+ years in product operations, product management, program management, or related roles 5-8+ years in senior product operations leadership (VP, SVP, Director) Proficiency with product tools (Jira, Aha!, Productboard) and analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Tableau) Strong knowledge of Agile, product lifecycle management, and GTM frameworks

Key Metrics:

Product delivery velocity (cycle time, release frequency, time-to-market) Roadmap adherence and on-time delivery rate Feature adoption rate and user engagement Product NPS, CSAT, and customer satisfaction Launch success rate and GTM readiness Cross-functional alignment and stakeholder satisfaction
