Role Summary The Vice President, Operations will provide enterprise leadership across Planning & Supply Chain and Distribution & Customer Operations, creating an integrated strategy that connects demand forecasting, inventory planning, distribution, logistics, customer service, and after-sales operations. This role will also provide oversight of the company's real estate, construction, and facilities functions, ensuring the physical footprint supports Le Creuset's continued growth. As a member of the senior leadership team, the Vice President will partner closely with Finance, Retail, Ecommerce, Marketing, IT, Human Resources, and Group leaders to improve service, inventory productivity, operational efficiency, and scalability. This leader will translate business strategy into actionable operational plans, establish accountability across functions, and build the organizational capabilities needed to support profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute an integrated operations strategy aligned with Le Creuset's growth plans, commercial priorities, and financial objectives. Provide executive leadership across demand planning, inventory planning, forecasting, assortment planning, supply chain, distribution, logistics, customer service, and after-sales operations. Align operational functions under a coordinated strategy that improves service, inventory productivity, scalability, and execution. Establish clear accountability, operating rhythms, performance reviews, and cross-functional decision-making processes across Operations. Improve forecast accuracy, inventory turns, in-stock availability, allocation effectiveness, and working-capital productivity. Partner with Retail and Ecommerce leaders to align inventory and assortment decisions with customer demand and commercial priorities. Oversee distribution center performance, logistics strategy, transportation, customer service, and after-sales operations. Ensure distribution capacity, staffing, systems, and processes support seasonal demand, business growth, and evolving channel requirements. Drive improvements in safety, productivity, cost, order accuracy, on-time delivery, customer response times, and issue resolution. Lead operational excellence, process standardization, automation, systems implementation, and continuous-improvement initiatives. Oversee real estate, construction, facilities, and capital projects to support the company's retail fleet and physical footprint. Partner with Finance on budgets, forecasts, inventory investment, capital allocation, lease economics, and operational performance reporting. Identify operational risks, capacity requirements, investment priorities, and opportunities for improvement. Build strong partnerships with Retail, Ecommerce, Finance, Marketing, IT, Human Resources, and Group teams to resolve enterprise-wide issues. Lead, coach, and develop senior operational leaders while strengthening organizational capabilities and succession planning.

What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 15+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, including responsibility for multiple operational functions and senior leaders. Demonstrated leadership across several operational disciplines, including demand and inventory planning, supply chain, distribution, logistics, customer operations, real estate, construction, or facilities. Experience working in a multichannel retail, consumer products, distribution, or similarly complex business environment. Proven ability to translate commercial strategy into operational plans and measurable financial results. Experience leading major transformation, process improvement, automation, systems implementation, capacity expansion, or capital-project initiatives. Strong financial and commercial acumen, including experience with budgets, forecasts, inventory investment, capital allocation, and performance reporting. Demonstrated success improving operational performance, service levels, inventory productivity, cost efficiency, and organizational scalability. Strong executive communication, analytical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions, including Finance, Retail, Ecommerce, Marketing, IT, and Human Resources. Experience leading, coaching, and developing senior leaders while building succession plans and strengthening organizational capabilities. Ability to operate effectively through complexity, growth, and organizational change. Ability to travel regularly to distribution centers, retail locations, company facilities, and project sites.
