Job Description

Our firm has been retained to lead the search for a Vice president of Administration / Operations for a leading higher education institution located in Austin TX. This is the top position at the location and calls for a strong operational executive with full accountability for campus performance and for maintaining a disciplined, efficient, high caliber environment for students faculty and staff. Reporting to the COO, the VP will oversee all operational functions at the Austin campus which serves hundreds of students, faculty and staff. Responsibilities include facilities, purchasing and inventory, safety and compliance, and the systems that support a well-run campus. The role also includes administrative oversight for Admissions, Financial Aid, Academics, Career Services and the business office ensuring each stage of the student journey is executed with precision and aligned with enrollment and campus goals. The VP will raise operational standards, strengthen processes, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
