This position oversees partner success, program operations, business development support, agent network management, member experience, escalations, technology, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. Builds relationships with executive, lending, mortgage, marketing, operations, and member experience stakeholders. Conducts business reviews and develops customized strategies to increase program awareness, engagement, referrals, and utilization. Leads partner launches, optimization, re-engagement, retention, and reactivation initiatives. Identifies opportunities to expand existing relationships, increase program value, and support new business development. Oversees program operations and the member journey from registration through referral, transaction, closing, and benefit fulfillment. Monitors workflows, reporting, and performance to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Monitors agent performance and addresses service or participation issues. Strengthens collaboration among credit unions, loan officers, agents, and HomeAdvantage. Serves as a central escalation point for complex partner, member, agent, referral, transaction, and closing issues. Investigates issues, coordinates solutions across departments, communicates status, and ensures timely resolution. Provides operational support for accounting, billing, invoices, rebates, and other financial or administrative processes as needed. Assists with partner-related billing and payment issues and coordinates resolution with internal teams. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. Four (4) years of relevant education and work experience may be substituted for degree Minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in operations, partner/account management, or a related industry Comprehensive knowledge of corporate relocation and referral management Strong strategic leadership, operational management, and business development skills Proven experience managing large-scale initiatives Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level partner relationships Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills Strong problem-solving and escalation-management capabilities Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and performance data.
