This executive leadership role is suited to an experienced manufacturing professional with a strong background managing complex production operations, fabrication, assembly and industrial equipment manufacturing. The VP Operations & Manufacturing will take ownership of manufacturing strategy, operational performance, safety, quality, cost control and continuous improvement across enclosure systems and genset packaging operations. The role offers the opportunity to lead operational excellence initiatives while working closely with engineering, supply chain, quality and operations teams. Manufacturing Operations Director Role:

Lead and manage manufacturing operations for enclosure systems and genset packaging products. Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency, quality, throughput and cost performance. Oversee production planning, scheduling, materials flow, labour utilisation and capacity management. Drive lean manufacturing, process improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators including productivity, quality, delivery, scrap and downtime. Partner with engineering, supply chain and quality teams to support production readiness and design for manufacturability. Lead and develop manufacturing managers and supervisory teams. Support capital planning, equipment utilisation and facility improvement activities. Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies. Manufacturing Operations Director Requirements:

10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing leadership roles. Proven experience managing complex manufacturing operations. Experience with enclosure systems, genset packaging, E-houses, industrial equipment or similar manufactured products. Strong background in production management, operational excellence and continuous improvement. Experience leading cross-functional teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to improve quality, efficiency and cost performance. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Experience using ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing KPIs. Must be authorised to work in the USA without current or future employer sponsorship.

Pay:

$180,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year
