Oversee profit & loss analysis, financial management, and budgeting processes to maximize operational efficiency and financial performance. Implement data-driven decision-making practices utilizing Excel data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Drive process improvements through lean management principles, operational management best practices, and innovative project management techniques. Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning initiatives, business development opportunities, and organizational growth strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards while maintaining high levels of customer service excellence. Supervise operational activities including sales initiatives, customer relations, team development programs, and performance metrics monitoring. Lead cross-functional projects aimed at operational excellence, process optimization, and service quality enhancement. Experience Proven management experience with a focus on business management, operations management, and team leadership at an executive level. Extensive experience in profit & loss analysis, financial management, and strategic planning within a multi-site environment. Demonstrated success in project management, process improvement initiatives, and implementing lean management practices. Strong background in team development, supervising diverse teams, and fostering leadership skills among managers. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Data-driven decision-making expertise utilizing tools such as Excel for analyzing complex datasets to inform operational strategies.
