Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, Education Administration or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Special Knowledge/Skills:
  • Lead school district operations, including maintenance, transportation, and support services
  • Collaborate with campus leadership as partners in the maintenance and operation of facilities
  • Demonstrate leadership in budgeting,pliance, and operational efficiency systems
  • Analyze data to drive decision-making and implement process improvements
  • Ensurepliance with state and federal regulations related to facilities and operations
  • Exhibit strong leadership,munication, and organizational skills
Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in facilities or operations management
  • Experience managing large teams, budgets, andplex operational systems
Salary Range:
Minimum = $124,464 Maximum = $172,784
