What You Will Do Each Day:

Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor team members across departments Strengthen scheduling, treatment flow, and daily huddles Support doctors and hygienists so they can focus on clinical care Oversee financial performance, collections, and monthly targets Partner with ownership on quarterly priorities and long-term goals
