About American Sleep Dentistry / Sleep360 American Sleep Dentistry / Sleep360 is a rapidly growing healthcare and technology company built around a one-stop care model for sleep-related breathing disorders. We combine patient care, medical devices, software development, digital dental lab operations, marketing, manufacturing partnerships, and scalable business systems into one integrated growth platform. We are looking for a proven business operator who knows how to grow and manage companies. This role does not require prior experience in sleep medicine, dental sleep, or DME. Industry knowledge can be learned. What matters most is the ability to lead people, manage departments, improve systems, drive accountability, and scale a company profitably. We have built an infrastructure designed for rapid and profitable growth, including: 7 FDA-cleared oral appliances OEM involvement in CPAPs and sleep appliances , including design documentation and manufacturing oversight through qualified device manufacturers A dedicated software development team building cutting-edge technology, including telehealth apps and our own CRM A digital dental lab incorporating 3D scanners and printers to produce high-quality, efficient products Millions of dollars invested annually in marketing , with systems focused on converting prospects into treated patients A one-stop care model that improves the patient experience and supports operational efficiency Products, processes, and procedures already in place for rapid and profitable expansion Position Overview The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for leading, managing, and scaling the day-to-day operations of American Sleep Dentistry / Sleep360. We need an experienced executive who has successfully grown and managed companies, built strong teams, improved operations, created accountability, and turned business strategy into measurable results. The COO will work closely with ownership and senior leadership to strengthen the organization, improve performance, and lead the company through its next stage of growth. This is a hands-on executive role for someone who can manage complexity, lead multiple departments, solve problems, build scalable systems, and drive profitable growth. Key Responsibilities Lead daily company operations across multiple departments Manage and develop department leaders and key team members Build scalable systems, processes, procedures, and reporting structures Establish and enforce KPIs, accountability systems, and performance standards Improve operational efficiency, profitability, and execution across the organization Oversee the full customer and patient journey from marketing lead to completed care Work with leadership to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions Coordinate with software, marketing, lab, manufacturing, fulfillment, customer service, and administrative teams Help streamline communication and execution across departments Create dashboards and reporting systems to track company performance Lead hiring, training, team structure, and leadership development as the company grows Support expansion into new markets, increased patient volume, and additional business lines Ensure the company operates with discipline, urgency, quality, and consistency Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a proven operator who has grown and managed companies. We are looking for someone who has experience leading people, building systems, improving performance, and scaling a business. The right candidate does not need to come from the sleep, dental, or DME industries. The ideal COO is someone who: Has successfully helped grow a company or major business division Understands how to manage people, departments, and leadership teams Knows how to build systems that create accountability and consistency Is comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company Can turn ideas into execution Is financially disciplined and focused on profitable growth Can manage complexity without losing focus Is comfortable leading across operations, marketing, technology, production, customer service, and administration Can identify problems quickly and implement practical solutions Builds strong teams and holds people accountable Operates with urgency, ownership, and high standards Qualifications Prior experience as a COO, President, General Manager, VP of Operations, Director of Operations, or senior executive leader Proven experience growing and managing a company, division, or multi-department organization Strong leadership and people-management skills Experience building scalable systems, processes, KPIs, and accountability structures Strong understanding of operations, finance, team management, workflow, and execution Ability to manage multiple departments and competing priorities Experience in a fast-growth company is strongly preferred Healthcare, dental, sleep medicine, DME, medical device, or technology experience is helpful but not required Track record of improving efficiency, profitability, and organizational performance Compensation Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $250,000 annually , depending on experience, qualifications, and performance. Additional performance-based opportunities may be available based on company growth and executive results.
