Job Description
CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an Employee-Owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is seeking an Executive Operations, Communications, and Knowledge Management Manager provides senior-level operational, administrative, communications, and knowledge management support to the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installations, Energy and Environment (OASA (IE&E)) and its subordinate Offices of the Deputy Assistant Secretaries of the Army (ODASAs). This position supports organizational mission execution, leadership continuity, and enterprise-wide coordination by managing executive correspondence, congressional engagements, directorate operations, knowledge management capabilities, records management programs, and strategic communications initiatives. The role requires a highly organized and experienced professional capable of operating in a classified-capable environment while coordinating across multiple organizations, senior leaders, and staff functions in support of Army and Department of Defense objectives. Develop, implement, and sustain Knowledge Management (KM) capabilities that improve information sharing, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness. Design, administer, and maintain Army 365 (A365) collaboration environments to support enterprise-wide communication and information management. Facilitate knowledge-sharing initiatives, collaboration strategies, and process improvements across OASA (IE&E) and ODASA organizations. Leverage collaboration technologies and digital tools to improve organizational awareness and decision support. Required Skills required Experience
