DESCRIPTION
Do you thrive on transforming complex operational challenges into streamlined automated solutions? The Asset Availability team within our Delivery to Execution (D2E) organization is seeking a technical leader to drive automation and data intelligence across supply chain operations. You'll spearhead initiatives to automate 50% of redundant tasks while establishing innovative S&OP functions that revolutionize asset availability forecasting. Working at the intersection of technology and logistics, you'll leverage your expertise in automation, data forecasting, and supply chain operations to deliver scalable solutions that impact millions of customers worldwide. This role offers a unique opportunity to understand end-to-end D2E functions and Vendor Operations Readiness Review (VORR) processes while serving as a strategic technical leader for data and automation initiatives. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, design robust forecasting models, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency at scale. Key job responsibilities Drive end-to-end program management for large-scale automation initiatives that eliminate redundant tasks and improve operational efficiency across D2E functions Partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams to establish Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) functions for Asset Availability, including data requirements and forecasting models Create technical requirements and architectural designs for automation solutions, collaborating with science and engineering teams to deliver scalable systems Lead cross-functional alignment between supply chain operations, data science, and engineering teams to identify optimization opportunities and implement data-driven solutions Proactively identify risks and dependencies across complex technical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving resolution of technical and operational blockers A day in the life Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic thinking and hands-on problem-solving. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, dive deep into operational challenges, and offer simple and effective solutions. You might start by reviewing automation metrics from recent deployments, then transition to a design session with engineers on new forecasting algorithms, followed by stakeholder meetings to align on program priorities and remove blockers. About the team This role exists within the Asset Availability team and within the D2E (execution) organization as a strategic technical leader for data and automation. Our team focuses on optimizing asset utilization and availability through innovative technology solutions that directly impact customer delivery experiences. 5+ years of supply chain experience 5+ years of program or project management experience Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
