Salary Range:

Five or more years of experience managing insurance agency operations or high-performing sales teams. Deep understanding of commercial and personal lines coverage. Proven ability to cultivate community relationships and secure new business. Proficiency in agency management software and digital marketing tools. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Responsibilities Lead our Danville team by setting a clear vision for growth and fostering an environment where everyone feels empowered to succeed. Oversee the daily operations of the agency, ensuring that our client service remains efficient, transparent, and high-quality. Analyze current sales performance and implement fresh strategies to expand our presence in the local market. Mentor staff members, providing them with the guidance and tools they need to reach their individual goals.
