Plans and Operations activities across multiple functional areas and competing priorities. Work independently with minimal supervision, exercising judgment to resolve operational issues and keep actions moving. Manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous requirements, deadlines, suspenses, stakeholders, and organizational activities. Lead and coordinate personnel and functional support teams, providing direction and ensuring activities are completed accurately and on schedule. Interface confidently with senior Government leadership, providing status, recommendations, issue resolution, and operational support. Must have

Clearance is required. The Plans and Operations Lead will support and lead the internal operational processes of the Program. The position supports the Deputy PM and Plans and Operations Branch across task management, facilities, IT and SharePoint support, portfolio content management, process implementation and improvement, strategic communications, and personnel management. The position requires an experienced professional capable of independently coordinating multiple operational functions, managing priorities and suspenses, improving organizational processes, and interfacing with Government leadership and stakeholders. Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related discipline is preferred. 8+ years of relevant experience Experience supporting complex DoD/Army systems acquisition or development programs Lead and manage :Plans and Operations activities across multiple functional areas and competing priorities.
