Potential year-round executive internship opportunity. $22/hour About the Internship Our hospital Executive Internship provides meaningful mentorship and real‑world exposure to the challenges and rewards of hospital administration. Interns gain hands-on experience supporting strategic, operational, and quality initiatives within the hospital environment. Interns will participate in leadership meetings, collaborate with key hospital committees, and contribute to performance improvement work throughout the facility. Completing this internship gives students a significant competitive advantage when applying for the Executive Fellowship. Through the internship, students gain: Direct exposure to Select Medical hospital operations Established relationships with hospital leadership A strong understanding of organizational goals and performance priorities Hands‑on experience that aligns with the fellowship's core competencies Many interns use this experience as their first step into a long-term leadership career with Select Medical, making the internship a high‑value entry point for candidates planning to pursue advanced degrees or healthcare administration fellowships.

Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Quality Improvement Council (QIC) Medical Executive Committee (MEC) Joint Venture Partnership and Joint Quality and Integration Committee Governing Board meetings Qualifications Must be currently enrolled in an MHA or MBA program.
