Job Description
We are currently seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to translate the JFS mission and strategy into effective, efficient, and sustainable operations. This full-time (37.5 hours per week) position is a member of the executive leadership team and a key thought partner to the CEO. The COO ensures JFS has the people, systems, infrastructure, technology, data, financial health, and organizational capacity needed to provide high-quality services to clients and community while fostering a strong and supportive organizational culture.
