Coordinate service requests by working with customers and technicians to prepare quotes, schedule appointments, and ensure timely completion of service work. 2. Manage warranty claims and documentation, including verifying eligibility, submitting required paperwork, and tracking claim status through resolution. 3. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates on service schedules, work progress, and warranty-related inquiries.

  • Education, Licenses, Certifications:
  • Technical trade school/ vocational diploma or certification or equivalent experience required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

  • Requires significant and/or in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training.
