Job Description

Description Position Overview A growing organization in the utilities and infrastructure industry is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support project execution and commercial operations. This role will work closely with Project Managers, Operations leadership, and clients to ensure contracts, project documentation, and operational records are managed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience within the utilities, public works, construction, engineering, or infrastructure industries and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on organization, documentation management, and supporting multiple active projects. Requirements Key Responsibilities

+ Manage and maintain project contracts, documentation, and related records.

+ Review contracts and supporting documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

+ Track contract milestones, amendments, and project deliverables.

+ Assist with document control and records management throughout the project lifecycle.

+ Coordinate with Project Managers, Operations personnel, clients, and field teams to ensure timely processing of project documentation.

+ Prepare reports, spreadsheets, logs, and status updates for management.

+ Monitor contract-related deadlines and follow up on outstanding items.

+ Support commercial operations by maintaining organized and accurate project files.

+ Utilize Excel and project management systems to track information and generate reports.

+ Assist with administrative functions related to project execution and contract management. Qualifications

+ Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator, Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Contract Coordinator, or similar role.

+ Industry experience in one or more of the following:

+ Utilities

+ Public Works

+ Infrastructure

+ Construction

+ Engineering

+ Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.

+ Experience with contract management software and document control systems preferred.

+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
