You will be the Subcontract Administrator for the Subcontract Administration team. Our team is responsible for developing and managing subcontract specifications, bid packages, negotiations, policy development, and senior stakeholder engagement. What You Will Be Doing As the Subcontract Administrator you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of major subcontract procurement, from drafting specifications to award administration. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for major constructions, materials, equipment, and services. Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders conferences, and evaluate proposals. Negotiate subcontract provisions, manage modifications, and administer awarded contracts. Collaborate with contracts administration and purchasing to create subcontract policies and procedures. Provide strategic guidance to senior personnel and lead major project initiatives. - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.Basic Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience buying under the guidelines of the FAR/DFAR, LMAP, CAP, and other acquisition policies and procedures.
- Expertise in building trades, materials, industrial gases machinery and maintenance.
- Proactive and have excellent customer service skills
- Manage challenging workload effectively and efficiently
- Exhibit strong problem-solving and communications skills
- Self-starter and an excellent team player.
- Strong computer skills and experience in SAP or equivalent system.
- Some travel may be required.

SAP S4 HANA/P2P
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
