Starting Rate of Pay:
$ 21.60 per hour
POSITION OVERVIEW
Provide administrative support for Facility Solutions Administration ensuring information that pertains to vendor invoices, contracts, work orders, etc. are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Monitor and process work orders for facility repair/maintenance in an appropriate and timely manner, obtain additional information as needed and issue work orders to vendor
Determine whether facility repairs for leased locations are the responsibility of the Landlord or FedEx Freight and notify Real Estate Services when repairs are the Landlord's responsibility
Research and determine whether requested facility repairs are under warranty.
Interact with vendors in support of established facility maintenance and service programs
Communicate issues and status updates to vendors, field personnel and/or department management, as appropriate
Work with field personnel to establish new and renewal service contracts (FSAs) in compliance with company policies
Process contract requests and records
Research GL Spend reports for accuracy and procedure compliance
Process invoices relating to facility maintenance and service
Support department administrative needs, gather and analyze data and answer phones
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school Diploma or GED plus two (2) years of general office experience
- Must be customer-service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Accurate data entry skills
- Must be well-organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
- Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office software; (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Able to handle confidential information
- Able to work independently and as a team member
