Onsite Job Summary We are seeking an experienced PHCS Contracts Administrator to support the PHC Solutions lifecycle by managing contract milestones, payment triggers, and billing activities for partners. This role provides financial oversight, supports revenue forecasting, and develops dashboards to uncover insights and improve portfolio performance.Key Responsibilities Contract Lifecycle Management:
Track contract milestones, manage payment recording, and oversee renewals.Process Improvement:
Assist in contract scoping, negotiations, and execution. Develop and streamline processes for contract generation, specifically within the Conga CPQ and CLM systems.Financial & Data Analytics:
Develop and maintain accurate revenue and financial dashboards. Use data to identify gaps, compare contract terms, and drive cross-functional decision-making.Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure departmental systems are updated with accurate information. Implement standardized tools and metrics in accordance with stakeholder needs and internal Change Management processes.Collaboration:
Act as a key point of contact for external stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align reporting metrics with business objectives.Required Qualifications Experience:
2-5 years of experience in contract management.Technical Skills:
2-3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce and Conga environments (CPQ and CLM).Financial & Business Acumen:
Strong background in financial analysis, data management, and diagnostics/biotechnology processes.Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex data insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). #WCH Pay:
