This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the DHA for STRL Mission Support. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Interested applicants must follow the directions in the "How to Apply" section of this flyer to be considered. There may or may not be actual vacancies filled from this flyer. Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer.

Qualifications:

For the DA-3

Level:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-5-8 grade level or DA-2 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Entering data into automated systems and reviewing transactions to ensure data is correct; 2) Working in a Federal contract writing system; 3) Preparing Statements of Work and/or Performance Work Statements for Federal contracts; 4) Reading and interpreting Federal regulations, guidance and policies; 5) Preparing for negotiations / discussions / awards by reviewing audit and technical reports, performing cost and/or price analysis (or reviewing price analysts reports), and developing pre-negotiation positions; 6) Negotiating terms and conditions (including price) based on the pre-negotiation objective and give-and-take with the offer or to establish a fair and reasonable price. Level:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-1-4 grade level or DA-1 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
