This on-site role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on Visio experience and a strong ability to translate business procedures, database workflows, and staff input into clear process flow diagrams. Key Responsibilities Create process flow diagrams in Visio that map data capture, data processing, and data output workflows. Review existing written procedures and translate them into accurate, easy-to-follow flow diagrams. Interview and communicate with staff to gather information, clarify business processes, and validate workflow steps. Maintain an organized tracking log of all diagrams created, updated, and completed. Support documentation efforts related to business procedures, databases, and environmental support activities. Ensure process maps are clear, consistent, and aligned with current procedures.
