Job Description

Overview G.L. Bruno Associates, Inc. (GLB) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) general contractor based in Fresno, California, delivering healthcare, federal, and private construction projects. GLB is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance/Contract Administrator to manage contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders, and to maintain the company's compliance with public works, prevailing wage, and federal contracting requirements. This position serves as the central point of accountability for subcontractor onboarding, insurance and bond documentation, certified payroll, and lien release tracking. Duties Prepare, issue, and track contracts, subcontracts, amendments, change orders, and purchase orders through full execution and closeout. Confirm required flow-down provisions are incorporated into subcontracts. Monitor contract deadlines and deliverables, and escalate at-risk items to the Project Manager. Manage subcontractor onboarding, including W-9s, licenses, DIR registrations, prequalification, and debarment checks. Collect and track certificates of insurance, endorsements, and payment and performance bonds, and obtain renewals before coverage lapses. Manage certified payroll and prevailing wage compliance for state and federal public works projects, including LCP Tracker setup and WH-347, CA-131, and eCPR submissions. Track apprenticeship requirements and coordinate labor compliance corrections with subcontractors. File and track Preliminary Notices and Conditional and Unconditional Releases, and confirm lower-tier payments before authorizing subcontractor payments. Support project closeout, document collection, and owner, auditor, and agency requests. Maintain strict confidentiality of pricing, payroll, and personally identifiable information.
Pay:
$52,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
