Tecolote's Corporate Headquarters is seeking an enthusiastic, flexible, and bright person interested in Government Contracting as a career. Based on Company growth and requirements, the entry-level Business Associate will support the Corporate Headquarters Contracts Organization.

Responsibilities

Provide assistance in the establishment and monitoring of contract information into Tecolote's Contracts database system; monitor deliverables and funding requirements; assist with Non-Disclosure Agreements, review and approval of Subcontractor invoices as well as supporting contract closures.

Compile and prepare monthly financial and contractual reports for management review.

Work closely with other departments (Accounting, Human Resources, Operations) to ensure adherence to customer and regulatory requirements.

Skills Required

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Attention to detail.

Proficient in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and Word.

With recurring interaction at all levels within the company as well as external customers, excellent written and communications are a necessity.

Strong commitment and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment is critical.

Desired Qualifications:

0 - 2 years business, contracts, or related experience

Salary Range:

$50,000 - $60,000/Year, DOE

Education

A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in business or finance (or other concentration with 24 semester hours of business-related courses).
