The person in that position will manage and administer the company contracts, develop TINA compliant proposals, and support negotiations of Government and non-Government contracts. by participating in proposal preparation and managing Government and commercial contract negotiation. Reviews and resolves all issues effecting company compliance with DCAA and FAR and DFAR guidelines as well as other contractual and legal requirements We are Marvin Test Solutions Innovation has been at the center of MTS since 1988.
