Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Clinical Research Contracts & Consent Specialist to support a leading medical device organization as it builds and expands its clinical research operations team. This individual will support clinical research contracting, budgeting, and informed consent activities across multiple studies while partnering with internal stakeholders and external research sites. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment where processes and systems continue to evolve. Skills and Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical research, contracts administration, budget negotiations, informed consent management, regulatory operations, or related fields
  • Experience negotiating contracts, budgets, agreements, or working directly with external stakeholders
  • Ability to identify and escalate contractual, operational, regulatory, and compliance risks appropriately.
  • Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), clinical research processes, informed consent requirements, and research site operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience negotiating or administering Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs)
  • Clinical research or clinical operations experience
  • Experience supporting clinical study startup activities
  • Experience with informed consent forms (ICFs) or participant-facing study documentation
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical research regulations
  • Experience working with Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) or Ethics Committees
  • Medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, or academic research experience
