Position Overview Preston is looking for dynamic individual to assist with our contract administration process. A reliable and dependable individual to facilitate and coordinate our CLM process. Someone who is very detail-oriented and organized to meticulously track and monitor every step of the CLM process. A clear and over-communicator. Ability to adapt quickly to changes in urgency and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines. Additionally, either already capable or willing to learn to be an asset to aid in reviews and negotiations as needed. The overall goal of this position is to support and optimize contracts and compliance management processes and procedures to minimize overall turnaround times. Key Responsibilities Support Contracts Manager Control portions of the Contract Lifecycle Management process as follows: Coordination Sending and receiving contract communications on behalf of the Contracts Manager Internally with multiple departments Externally to lower-tiers, others as needed. Circulation Distributing and circulating contracts and contract information to multiple departments including payroll, operations, dispatch, etc. Documentation and Tracking Update and track information in different contract logs (e.g. All contracts log for historical and active jobs, Master Agreements logs for upper and lower tiers for all companies) Saving correspondences and documents to the appropriate locations Responsible for the drafting, coordination, distribution, review, and negotiation of lower-tier Master Agreements utilizing existing templates. Negotiate lower-tier one-time agreements, as necessary. Review contracts and create review summaries/ cheat sheets, as necessary. Help develop and/or improve contract and compliance SOPs, as necessary.
Qualifications Preferred:

Pay Range:
$82,000-$102,000, annually, based on experience and role requirements
