Contract Compliance Specialist

Reporting to the Director of Contracts and under general supervision, the Contract Compliance Specialist provides a variety of analytical and administrative duties supporting the mission and contracting objectives of Planning, Design & Construction. This position will analyze and monitor contractor compliance with State and Federal labor laws and University policies; this includes investigating potential violations, auditing payroll records, and reporting and enforcing prevailing wage requirements on projects. Additionally, the position will manage the compliance, integrity, and accessibility of a complex electronic filing system. This position functions as the department's data analyst for diversity reporting, synthesizing financial data to track spend utilization for small business, disabled veteran, and women-owned business enterprises for University of CA Office of the President (UCOP) reporting. with a full salary range of $65,959.92 - $93,792.96 annually, or

with a full salary range of $57,691.44 - $99,305.28 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this Contract Compliance Specialist position is up to $85,984.00 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
