QualificationsExperience working in the AEC industryWriting/responding to RFP and RFQ'sStrong editorial, verbal, and written communication skills.

Visualization and Storytelling experience requiredEditorial layout training strongly preferredExperience and success working in a demanding, deadline-driven environment with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detailDemonstrated initiative, follow-through, researching, and problem-solving abilityClient service-oriented
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage proposals, statements of qualification, and pursuit deliverables from kick-off through to shortlist presentation.

Coordinate, write, edit, layout, and produce statements of qualification, proposals, interview presentations, and leave behind materialsEstablish, work to, and manage proposal development calendar to include:

Prospective client researchGuide pursuit/proposal team in developing and refining winning strategies and themes, compelling messages, and persuasive differentiatorsCollaborate with key proposal team members, graphic designers, and fellow marketers to ensure deliverables meet client needs and RFP/RFQ requirementsProvide preliminary and final quality control check of materials, including proofreading for grammar, request for proposal (RFP) compliance, and conformance to proposal strategies and win themesWhat's In It for You
