Strong leadership that promotes an atmosphere of mutual respect and teamwork where member efforts are always acknowledged Consistent mentoring Competitive pay - DOE Benefits available for full-time employees, including Vacation, health, dental, vision, life insurance and paid sick leave Overview of Duties and Responsibilities Manage commercial contracts Provide administrative support to upper management Build and establish relationships with clients and prospective clients Draft, review, and prepare contracts Develop quotes and proposals Identify new business opportunities Coordinate and schedule meetings Provide analysis and recommendation to management Assist in development of proposal documents and PowerPoint presentations Collaboration and coordination with regional managers Data entry, filing, drafting correspondence, and other administrative tasks Represent the company professionally with an emphasis on customer service Develop and maintain filing systems Greet visitors and staff, occasionally answer phones Maintain a professional appearance Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications 3 years of administrative or professional sales experience Advanced MS Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge of Google Suite Proficient in English grammar and professional writing Knowledge of professional phone and email etiquette Excellent time management and task prioritization skills Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills Strong and effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening A dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude Working knowledge of or the ability to learn relevant company operating systems Keen attention to detail Experience working with minimal supervision Efficient troubleshooting/problem solving abilities Security industry experience is a plus Bilingual/biliterate is a plus Education and Certification Requirements Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent Possession of a college degree preferred, but not required Typing certificate reflecting typing speed of at least 50 WPM Certificates must be dated within 12 months of the application Physical Functions and Working Environment Frequent extended sitting Climbing stairs, standing, and walking Occasional bending, twisting, and kneeling Occasional lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds Frequent keyboarding, reaching, and grasping Other Must be at least 18 years old and able to provide documentation showing authorization to work in the US.
