Job Summary
IDIQ Task Manager
BlueForce Inc is seeking an IDIQ Task Manager (TM) in support of the Naval Special Warfare Training Command (NSWATC) in Imperial Beach, CA.
The IDIQ Task Manager (TM) will be responsible for overall execution of the contract task orders. The IDIQ TM serves as the focal point between NSW contracting personnel, and their company's management regarding all issues and discrepancies. TM ensures full compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract and ensures that non-conforming contract services are corrected.
Duties and Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:
Act as the official point of contact between the Contracting Officer Representative
(COR) and the IDIQ Prime Contractor for the Task Orders (TO).
Responsible for the overall execution of the TOs including technical and quality control oversight and typically has a detailed knowledge of the daily activities associated with the TOs.
Participate in the Program Management Reviews (PMRs) with the KO, COR, and other Government personnel, to review performance. The PMRs shall cover status and feedback on performance measures, Contractor performance, and any significant events.
Shall integrate and coordinate all activities required to execute this contract and manage the timeliness, completeness, and quality of problem identification.
Ensure customer satisfaction and professional behavior of all contractor personnel.
Provide correct action plans, proposal submittals, timely identification of issues, and effective management of subcontractors.
Qualifications
Secret clearance.
Minimum of two (2) years' experience as a contract or task manager (upper-level management) for a job of similar size of this scope.
At least three (3) years as a SERE Level Instructor in the
NSW SERE
Course of Instruction, or equivalent DoD SERE course (Navy, AirForce).
Working knowledge of the NWS organization and its missions.
Strong understanding of the IDIQ contract structures and federal acquisitions regulations (FAR).
Proven experience managing multiples, simultaneous task orders or programs.
