This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Office Management Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions. Manage office supplies, equipment, vendors, and facility needs. Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and deliveries. Maintain organized filing systems for physical and electronic records. Answer phones, greet visitors, and serve as the primary point of contact for general office inquiries. Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room usage. Coordinate employee onboarding paperwork and office logistics as needed. Assist with company events, travel arrangements, and office communications. Contract Administration Support Assist with the preparation of standard contracts, agreements, amendments, and related documents using approved templates. Review contract documents for completeness, accuracy, and required supporting documentation. Review and proofread proposals and internal documents Maintain contract files and document management systems. Monitor contract status, expiration dates, renewals, and key milestones. Route contracts for internal review, approval, and signature. Track contract submissions and maintain contract logs and reports. Coordinate with internal departments and external clients regarding contract documentation requirements. Ensure all records are maintained in accordance with company procedures and retention policies. Administrative Support Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations. Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and document management. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and contractual information. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Preferred Skills 1-2 years of experience in an office management or administration role. Experience working with contracts, proposals, or legal documentation. Familiarity with document management systems or contract management software. Basic understanding of business, procurement, or service agreements. Experience supporting operations teams. Additional Requirements This is an on-site role based in our Boulder, CO office. Compensation The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
