Contract Project Specialist Location:
Greeley, CO Job Type:
Part Time - 20-25 hours a week We are seeking a Commercialization Project Specialist to lead the execution of new product development and commercialization projects from concept through market launch. This role will work cross-functionally with teams including R&D, Packaging, Regulatory, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating across teams, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while driving projects forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead commercialization projects from initial concept through product launch Manage project timelines, milestones, communication plans, and risk tracking Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution Partner with R&D, Marketing, Packaging, Regulatory, Operations, Procurement, Quality, and Supply Chain teams Track project progress, KPIs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders Identify project risks and develop solutions to keep initiatives on track Improve commercialization processes and project management practices Maintain strong communication and alignment across departments
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred 3+ years of project management or project coordination experience Experience in food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or manufacturing environments is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to collaborate with teams at all levels of an organization Project Management certification is a plus Ability to travel approximately 10%

Pay:
$28.00 - $29.00 per hour
